For one-person businesses that already have a healthy Docker host and want help configuring and moving a bounded set of documents.
Up to 50 documents and 100 pagesEnglish PDF, PNG or JPEG files, up to 250 MB total. One user and one instance.
Import, organise and reviewAgree simple titles, types and tags. Check searchable references and list duplicate, damaged or weak-OCR files.
Export, restore and hand overA native export, an isolated restore check, original-file checksums and concise instructions you can keep.
Access ends with the jobYou retain master credentials. Temporary access is scoped, agreed in advance and revoked at handover.

if it comes back.
The internal rehearsal used Paperless-ngx 3.1.3. It covered faint and skewed scans, digital PDFs, duplicates, a corrupt file and a separate empty restore target.

These are synthetic checks on an owned local installation. They do not establish results on your host. Compatibility and secure access are checked before a job is accepted.

What this package does not cover
General server repair, arbitrary NAS setup, handwritten-text accuracy, bookkeeping, password-protected files, multi-user migrations, ongoing hosting or future upgrades.
What happens after the preflight?
We confirm compatibility, the exact work, access and delivery terms in writing. One correction of a delivery defect reported within seven days is included. New work is quoted separately.
